Privacy Notice
Version 2026-11.
This notice covers the people who use Warka's website and portal, and explains how biometric data flows through the service.
Website and portal accounts
For portal users Warka stores name, work email, a hashed password, organization role and security logs. IP addresses are shortened to their network prefix before storage. The site uses a language cookie and, once you sign in, a session cookie. There are no advertising trackers.
Biometric data
Warka receives biometric data from organizations, not from individuals. If your employer or institution uses Warka, it decides whether you are enrolled and is your point of contact, including for any question, objection or deletion request. If you do not take part, you are not enrolled in Warka, and your organization is responsible for any alternative arrangement.
Warka does not sell biometric data or use it for advertising. It does not use biometric data for research unless your organization has signed a separate research addendum and the permissions it describes apply.
Retention
Captures are deleted within the organization's retention period, at most 90 days by default. See the data processing terms for details.
Contact
Questions about a portal account can be sent through the console's support form.
